Author Complaint Process

Author Grievance Procedure

Prior to submitting manuscripts, authors are required to review all the guidelines and policies pertaining to the processing and publication of the manuscript. If authors believe there has been a breach of applicable policies and ethical guidelines, they have the right to voice their concerns and request an explanation. They can submit a letter outlining their complaints to: complaints@medscienspublishinggroup.com.

Any grievances concerning work inefficiencies are reviewed based on the current publication ethics protocols. An author or any other researcher can file their grievances concerning any topics related to:

1. Plagiarism

2. Breach of copyright

3. Excessive delay in processing manuscripts

4. Unfairness in the review process

5. Concerns with authorship

6. Inaccurate research outcomes

Upon receipt of a complaint, the complainant will be promptly acknowledged and assured that the complaint will be addressed within the stipulated time period.
