Peer Review Process
Purpose
The peer-review process is crucial in
validating scientific, health, and medical research before publication, and
MedSciens Publishing Group acknowledges its importance. Furthermore, this
process plays a key role in assessing the relevance of submitted manuscripts to
the journal's scope. The review process addresses issues such as language,
punctuation, technical accuracy, statistical methodologies, citation format,
layout, and research protocols to enhance the study's quality.
What
we follow & How it works?
MedSciens Publishing Group employs a
double-blind peer review system, ensuring that both the author and the reviewer
remain anonymous in order to uphold high research standards. The editor
personally contacts subject experts in the relevant field to assign the
manuscript for submission. Reviewers meticulously examine the document for
validity, relevance, authenticity, and significance. Their comments clearly
indicate whether the manuscript adhered to research methods and ethical
standards, including privacy, confidentiality, and respect for human and animal
rights, etc.
The review process ensures the credibility
of the information presented by verifying and validating it. The editor takes
into consideration the comments from both reviewers in the double-blind peer
review process and anticipates the author to implement the required
modifications as advised. The Editor-in-Chief/Editor will inform the author(s)
of the article about the decision on publication and provide the expert's
report, if necessary.
The manuscript usually takes 2 to 3 weeks
to be published from the time of submission. However, this timeframe can be
affected by the workload of reviewers and editors, as well as how quickly the
author submitting the revised manuscript.
