Post-Acceptance APC: Upon acceptance, an APC is levied to cover publication finalization. This fee becomes non-refundable after payment, in alignment with our open-access ethos that provides immediate and enduring access to environmental science insights.

Waiver Policy

Withdrawal Policy
JESER acknowledges that research directions may evolve during the publication process. Our withdrawal guidelines are structured to ensure fairness while covering necessary expenses:
Before Plagiarism Check: No fees for withdrawals within the initial 24-hour window.
After Plagiarism Check and Formatting: A charge of $189 applies for early-stage processing.
After Peer Review and Pre-Publication Setup: The fee escalates to $459, reflecting invested editorial resources.
Post-Publication: For already-published articles, a fee of $549 is due, given the full distribution of your environmental research.
Authors have the submission-to-acceptance period to confirm their commitment. Once the APC is paid, it is non-refundable, upholding our open-access dedication to ecological and environmental sciences.
