The MedSciens Journal of Clinical & Medical Case Reports (MSJCMCR) is a multidisciplinary, open-access, peer-reviewed journal exclusively dedicated to advancing the field of medical and clinical case reporting. As a vital repository for healthcare professionals, researchers, and clinicians worldwide, MSJCMCR serves as an expanding platform for sharing comprehensive case studies across all healthcare disciplines, from rare syndromes to common conditions. By focusing on detailed accounts of symptoms, signs, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-ups, the journal not only documents individual patient journeys but also raises global awareness about the diverse spectrum of diseases, promoting timely diagnosis and improved quality of life. Our open-access model ensures unrestricted access to readers, fostering a collaborative scientific community and accelerating the dissemination of real-world clinical insights without barriers. All submissions undergo rigorous peer review by expert editorial board members, enhancing quality and relevance in medical education and practice.

Our Article Processing Charge (APC) of $1,100 is structured to support MSJCMCR's mission of excellence in case reporting. This fee covers key services such as expert peer review, professional editing and formatting, and seamless online dissemination through advanced digital platforms. It also includes investments in hardware, software, and long-term digital preservation in secure repositories, ensuring your case reports are accessible for future reference and education. Authors publishing in MSJCMCR gain enhanced visibility in medical databases, higher citation rates, and opportunities to influence clinical guidelines and patient care protocols. We welcome a variety of article types, including clinical and medical case reports, case series, clinical images, case in images, and letters to the editor, all reviewed to uphold scholarly standards and community advancement.

To encourage diverse contributions to clinical case research, MSJCMCR adheres to a comprehensive Waiver Policy. We recognize that funding availability can vary significantly, so we offer substantial waivers for deserving authors whose institutions lack financial support or for those from low-income economies. These waivers, whether partial or full, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to promote inclusivity and encourage global contributions. Requests must be submitted to the journal before manuscript submission to ensure fair consideration. This policy underscores our commitment to accessibility, allowing talented researchers to publish without financial hurdles.

Additionally, our Withdrawal Policy ensures transparency and fairness in the publication process. Authors may withdraw their article before the plagiarism check at no cost. However, if withdrawal occurs after the plagiarism check (within 24 hours) and formatting, a fee of $189 applies. For manuscripts that have undergone peer review and are prepared for publication, the fee increases to $459. Once an article is published, the withdrawal fee is $549. These charges reflect the resources invested in the process and align with our open-access model, where fees are non-refundable upon payment to cover editorial, review, and dissemination costs.

Publishing with MSJCMCR allows you to contribute to a richer understanding of clinical cases, where your detailed reports can educate peers, inform treatments, and ultimately save lives. With no submission fees and convenient payment options like credit cards or institutional transfers, the process is designed for ease.
